Ike Riley Sr. Memorial Scholarship

Investing in the Next Generation

At Warriors Never Quit, we believe that true success isn't about what you get, but what you give when no one is watching. Our mission is built on the belief that faith in action and hope in motion can transform lives across Chicagoland, from the court to the classroom.

The IRSM Scholarship was established to carry forward the 23-year tradition of Coach Ike Riley Sr., who famously said:

"If I can help one young man stay out of trouble or come to Christ through sports, all the sacrifice is worth it."

Scholarship Pillars

Integrity

Doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

Strength

Overcoming obstacles with resilience and a "Warrior" spirit.

Service

A commitment to helping neighbors and serving the community.

This scholarship is designed for youth who demonstrate the pillars that define our organization: Integrity, Strength, and Faith. We aren't just looking for athletes; we are looking for leaders who show up for their community, mentors in the making, and individuals dedicated to empowering those around them.

By providing financial assistance for sports programs, we aim to create safe spaces for growth and mentorship, ensuring that the next generation has the tools they need to succeed both on and off the field.
